Here are some tips I've read - smaller is supposed to be easier and if you add a bit (tsp?) of shortening (Crisco) it will thin the chocolate and make it easier. Even though the chocolate is basically just fat, we get ooooged out by adding crisco, so there is a specific product you can buy to thin the chocolate as well.
